Job Description

- Key responsibilities: supporting RMA process.
i)Work with cross functional team to drive status of RMA.
ii)Maintain update of RMA status in a tool and publish standard reports.
Closely monitor and prioritize RMA schedule to meet targeted turnaround time.
- Qualification:
- Good verbal communication and strong coordination skill.
- Computer skill some advance skill on MSFT Excel/Word.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Main responsibility is managing end to end RMA process scheduling and result.
