Responsibilities:
Chair weekly project meetings with internal stakeholders attend all IT project meetings to
ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as
required
Plan track and manage project timelines of projects from land acquisition to the handover
stage
Manage annual capital planning process
Work closely with other Project managers and stakeholders to effectively prioritise the
tasks understand the updates and plan for deliverables
Analyse Business Intelligence dashboards to understand the project current status and
projections
Understand the existing processes and tracking methodologies and suggest refinements if
any
Escalate or highlight delays or potential delays in a timely manner
Spearhead project in full
Conduct retrospections and document delays and learnings whilst ensuring the learnings
are implemented in future projects

Qualifications:
