IYRIX LLC is offering an opportunity for a talented and techsavvy Program Manager for one of our clients.


Client is a fastpaced technology development company that markets and sells advanced mixing systems worldwide. The Opportunity:

Our client is a successful growing dynamic new product development and manufacturing company that designs advanced technologies for mixing solutions supporting a broad range of industries and processing applications worldwide.

This role requires a highly experienced and organized Program Manager to plan execute and close projects within scope budget and timeline.



Requirements

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Define project scope goals and deliverables.

    • Develop detailed project plans including tasks timelines and resource allocation.

    • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

    • Coordinate project activities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Facilitate project meetings status updates and presentations.

    • Build strong relationships with clients vendors and team members.



  • Resource Management:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Allocate resources efficiently to meet multiple project requirements.

    • Optimize manpower utilization and minimize waste.


  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

    • Conduct regular reviews and quality checks.

    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess project risks.

    • Develop risk mitigation plans.

    • Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.


  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate project teams.

    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

    • Provide guidance coaching and mentorship to team members.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello Wrike).

  • Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Relocation or Currently Living in Butte or surrounding area and able to commute reliably to Butte location. This position is onsite not remote or hybrid.

  • Impeccable attention to detail good organizational skills and an ability to work independently.


Additional Requirements


  • Experience with ERP systems particularly ECI M1 is a plus.

  • Familiarity with project planning software particularly Wrike is advantageous.

  • Knowledge or ability to learn SQL language is a plus.
