An ability to keep leadership informed on project issues and progress. Effective management of resources in a mixed functional and matrixed project environment. 8 years Expert problem resolution skills. Comprehensive experience with Waterfall and Agile project management lifecycles (analysis and planning to development and deployment/implementation). 8 years Successful management of complex projects with a multiyear budget of $10 million or more. 8 years Experience with Microsoft Project Office Visio and dashboard tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. 8 years Experience with multistep selection methods. 8 years Experience with managing multiple competing priorities conflict management and negotiation/facilitation
