Production Supervisor

About the Job:Our Client seeks a professional to oversee assembly process production tasks ensuring efficient allocation within the workshop and timely adjustments to meet production objectives. Responsibilities include managing production delivery cost control and quality management to uphold standards and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assembly process production tasks as per the production task list allocating resources within the workshop efficiently and making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Manage production delivery promptly addressing any capacity issues and resolving abnormalities in the production process.
• Monitor and summarize cost control information implementing appropriate measures to manage costs effectively.
• Oversee quality management processes ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizing initiatives for quality improvement and technical enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in all facets of manufacturing with extensive experience managing teams of over 500 individuals in a manufacturing setting.
• Thorough understanding of production cost control operational coordination production workflow process procedures and quality management.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/14001/18001 system management.
• Strong organizational communication and planning skills.
