Job Description

- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources while ensuring ontime delivery.
- Coordinate with sales procurement and other relevant departments to align production requirements and maintain an efficient production flow.
- Monitor production progress identify and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of production technicians providing guidance training and support to ensure their professional development and efficient performance.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the production team members monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Foster a culture of teamwork safety quality and continuous improvement within the production department.
- Daily weekly & monthly review on production & process wise.
- Production & performance chart every department machine wise.
- Raw material packaging material planning according to order sheet & preplan according to production planning.
- Production report detailed & summery daily wise.
