Production GI - Technician To SrExecutive

• Technician Level:
  
• Execute production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  
• Operate manufacturing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
  
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Senior Executive Level:
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the General Injectable division.
  
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of new products.
  
• Drive operational efficiency and costeffectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption.
  
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies industry partners and key stakeholders.
  
• Officer :Execute and oversee all aspects of the production process for injectable pharmaceutical products ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements company policies and industry best practices.
  
• Supervise production staff providing leadership guidance and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure ontime delivery of highquality products while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  

Requirements

• B.pharm/M.pharm.
  
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferably in injectable products.
  
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Leadership abilities with a track record of driving results.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
