This unit provides transaction management services for escrow account management related to Capital Market offerings like open offer NCD collections bond issues structured transactions IPO security trustee transactions international M&A transactions real estate offering dividend NAM RERA Unspent CSR offering for corporates. The business requires deal structuring skills and excellent market knowledge and regulatory awareness. Deals tend to be complex and require liaison with subject matter experts such as lawyers and investment bankers. This business requires excellent management of operating risks understanding of regulatory nuances and managing of client relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Spot & analyze opportunities in the market along with the relationship team to target companies industries and sectors and sell/structure product offering for them Interaction with potential customers to understand the technical requirement for deals for escrow products.
  • Structuring the transaction won the mandate and assist the team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts Train & enable Branch Banking Teams to sell the Escrow Products
  • Assist the Relationship manager/Branches to close a deals by providing solution
  • Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support visibility campaigns and brand presence
  • Liaise with operations legal BSG Wise RCAD teams to ensure seamless deal execution and ongoing administration
  • Arrange for vetting negotiating with clients legal counsels on documentation and facilitate transaction closings
  • Ensure that regulatory tax and legal related issues are complied with
  • Liaising with legal and compliance to ensure successful closure thru product team
  • Liaising directly with the client merchant bankers and their legal counsels
  • Manage assigned client relationships


Requirements

  • Must be a selfstarter
  • Must be market savvy with good networking skills
  • Must be proactive and with high energy levels
  • Must be analytical practical and have aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication negotiation planning and motivational skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills be tenacious detailoriented toughminded when needed but diplomatic.
  • 7 9 years of experience in managing escrow business on the product or sales side
  • Preferably a CA LLB. Professional
  • Drive the business thru existing channels as well as new channels
  • Can manage the channel relationship expectations & close the deals
  • Highly selfmotivated with excellent analytical skills. Should have a decent exposure in handling MS Excel functions.
  • Understanding of regulatory circulars and its impact on transactions.
  • Able to respond quickly to critical business needs and priorities while managing multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand risks in transaction structure and think laterally to build suitable mitigates
  • Ability to weigh risk and return and take appropriate commercial decisions.
  • Must have able to settle in an environment requiring entrepreneurial/ building skills
  • Keen interest to sales structuring and implement deals
  • Must be capable of working with a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
