Responsibilities:

DaytoDay Operations:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to oversee daytoday operations.
  
• Manage projects and version releases on the R&D side.
  
• Handle promotions and daily operations in CRM.
  
• Ensure seamless coordination between teams to drive efficient workflow and execution.
  

Product Sense:

• Bring a robust product sense to the table offering valuable insights to enhance our products and services.
  
• Possess technical affinity and a grasp of basic technological concepts.
  
• Demonstrate quick learning abilities.
  

Reliability and Efficiency:

• Demonstrate high reliability in managing critical tasks and projects.
  
• Implement efficient operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Be willingly available after work hours on an ondemand basis.
  

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

• Engage with stakeholders from all departments fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Communicate efficiently with relevant personnel to deliver tangible results promptly.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  
• Educational Background: Preferred: A bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  
• Product Sense: Strong product sense with the ability to contribute meaningfully to product development.
  
• Technical Acumen: Demonstrate your proficiency in agile methodologies and product development processes.
  
• Fastpaced environment: Thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  
• Reliability: Demonstrates high reliability in delivering on responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  
• Crossfunctional collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse departments.
