Responsibilities

• Participating in the scoping and ongoing management of requirements for our financial trading systems and business
• Collaborating on the support and design of trading capabilities across various platforms
• Conducting indepth requirement analysis continuous data monitoring and diligent user feedback tracking for assigned modules. This involves ensuring the ongoing optimization of trading experiences and features

Requirements and skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis with a track record of using datadriven insights to guide product iteration and optimization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills particularly in clear and concise documentation
• Strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Prior experience or familiarity with financial products such as blockchain securities derivatives funds bonds etc. is advantageous
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
