MustHave Requirement:
- Look for candidates with 23 years of experience in product management or a similar discipline in a SaaS or DaaS environment
- Should have been in a product manager role for a enterprise grade product
- Consider candidates with experience in the digital and TV marketing/media
- industry ad operations domains
- Should have ability to gather requirements prioritize backlogs and
- improve user experience for a enterprise grade product
Qualifications / Key Skills
A bachelor or master degree in Business Administration Computer Science Data Science or a related field is often preferred
23 years experience in product management or a similar discipline in a SaaS or DaaS environment
Additional certifications in Product Management Agile methodologies or related areas can be advantageous (but not required)
Knowledge of the Digital and TV marketing / media industry and ad operations
Experience in planning developing and managing products preferably in
advertising marketing media or technology
Knowledge of project and product management tools like Jira and Aha
Demonstrated ability to drive product research and competitive analyses
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage both technical and nontechnical teams as well as external vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
Ability to manage and build relationships with clients and external parties to
understand product features and requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across
geographically distributed teams
A customerfirst approach by anchoring and solving customer problems rapidly aligning datadriven decisions with customer needs
Contribute to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal
stakeholder and customer interviews and research
Drive Agile ceremonies including planning grooming demos and retrospectives
Write and refine requirements in support of the overall Product roadmap for
developers data scientists and UX/UI teams
Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timeline and costeffective manner
Regularly review the competitive landscape and organize client feedback for
continuous product improvement
Support Customer Support Sales Enablement and Product Marketing in the
development of feature descriptions and new release content
Maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering and Data Science capacity and maps to an overall Product roadmap
Perform validation testing of production releases bug fixes and feature requests
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Collaborate with key stakeholders across: Tech/Ops/Engineering
Commercial/Sales Product Marketing Data Science and external partners
