Product Manager - Ecommerce

You bring extensive experience in ecommerce management coupled with a strong ability to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. As a guardian of the product vision youll manage user requirements craft compelling stories for the engineering team and steer the product backlog in close collaboration with your product managers guiding the development team to deliver outstanding results on time and budget. Responsibilities: Discover and Ideate: Collaborate with the product manager to pinpoint and solve key problems developing innovative solutions that address user needs. Structure and Implement: Define and prioritize user requirements manage product backlogs and draft user stories and test cases to guide the engineering team. Execute: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure product features are delivered on schedule adapting to changes as needed. Collaborate: Equip sales onboarding marketing and support teams with the necessary tools and knowledge for successful product launches/releases. Measure and Iterate: Continuously monitor product performance metrics making adjustments to the product strategy as required. Lead: Facilitate scrum ceremonies fostering an environment of excellence within your team. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field. Strong experience in ecommerce management particularly with how leads flow through the system and how communications are managed across the platform. 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management within a B2C SaaS environment. Profound understanding of the Agile development process and experience leading scrum activities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both crossfunctional and remote teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines under pressure. Availability for shoulder hours and international business travel including regular visits to our office in Newport Beach. Preferred Skills and Experience: Demonstrated understanding of the consumer journey focusing on lead generation nurturing and conversion within an ecommerce context. Deep understanding of the consumer onboarding process online payment systems such as Apple Pay Google Pay etc. and customer service excellence in the context of ecommerce. Proven track record in optimizing platform communications to enhance consumer experience and engagement. Experience with remote stakeholders; familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
