- Fully understand the game, game design, and engagement and monetization tactics.
- Assist with analysis of market, competitors and users’ needs and requirements.
- Gather and document user feedback regularly and communicate to the product manager.
- Report product updates and valuable insights to the product manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist managing a product’s community, support, timeline, releases, and content.
- Assist with the execution of live operations like in-game events and in-game tournaments as per the product manager’s requests.
