- Maintain complete and updated purchasing data and pricing on the adopted system.
- Support relevant departments with quotations for maintenance spare parts, instruments, raw materials and packaging materials.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders according to Company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items with suppliers and clearance agents to ensure delivery on time.
- Source and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of price, terms, delivery and service with current and new suppliers.
- Solve problems related to the procurement of materials and services for all departments.
