Procurement Officer - Sunway Group

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Procurement methods and procedures of a large scale centralized purchasing function including buying quality assurance contract administration and contract law.
• Commodity markets and price trends.
• Various grades qualities and varieties of materials supplies and equipment.
• Office management principles practices and procedures.
• Good understanding of the companys business goals and objectives.
• Facilitate and practice security and confidentiality of information.
• Detailoriented analytical and accurate.
• Good knowledge of PC software applications.
• Good verbal and written communications skills preferably fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Good creative problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
• Previous exposure to commodity sourcing with advanced experience of current trends in specific commodity industries.
• Good persuasion skills (across departments).
• Good negotiation skills (Internal/External).
To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
