Process Mining Senior Consultant

We are actively seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Automation Team and collaborate with clients to deliver top-notch automation solutions. As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibilities will encompass leading project workstreams, conducting thorough data analysis, and presenting valuable recommendations to our clients. Working closely with our team of consultants, you will craft tailored solutions that precisely meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, showcasing a strong project management track record and adeptness in data analysis. Proficiency in at least one consulting domain, whether its strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Tasks for this Role:

• Integrate Process Mining Tools with our clients diverse system landscapes.
  
• Translate process information into data models for subsequent process analysis.
  
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to enhance process transparency and drive improvements.
  
• Collaborate closely with Automation Engineers and Business Analysts to design and improve End-to-End automations using Analytics, Automation, and Machine Learning.
  
• Evaluate business and financial impacts and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  
• Test and review new functionalities and potential applications of the latest Process Mining tools.
  

• Lead project workstreams, managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
  
• Analyze data and information, providing valuable recommendations to clients.
  
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to devise solutions aligned with client needs.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing our consulting service offerings.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years of automation experience.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and data analysis.
  
• Proficiency in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
  
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing strategic and creative thinking.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong client relationships.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and a keen interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, and Process Mining.
  
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• In-depth experience in at least one of the following business processes: Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, or Purchase-to-Pay.
  
• Hands-on experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining.
  
• Solid understanding of process flows in at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
