Job Description:
individuals that are good in processing mapping in financial systems in large org must understand business practice. be able to engage with financial leaders. Work with core project team and finance to put process together. must have experience with finance understand what is being discussed. must have process mindset create documents must connect technology and business and see inefficiencies for process improvements too. work independently with minimal guidance. grasp things quickly. must be self starter financial systems and procesess. alot of discussions on United processes and what areas need improvement. ability to comminucate is important
QA:
are there any technical platforms Oracle ERP ETM analytical tool. United Proprietary systems.
Duration: is it longer than 2 months Probably if person is helpful there are plans to extend if there is value.
Looking too hire 2 will both be working together... Yes tag team same room and same project. 89 work streams so they might divide an conquer.

How many overall experience must be agile and understand how things work at United and be able to connect the dots.
Hybrid in Chicago must be in person work shops. Days in office depending about project. otherwise remote.

Degree yes or no ideally must have bachelor degree if no degree ok but please assess. Be able to communicate to senior stakeholders.
industry Finance / Operations
10 plus years experience with process related work would be at least 5 yrs. working with large client in finance.
