- Works with production leadership to establish and ensure production goals and standards are met for the work group/facility.
- Provides status of production metrics to leadership, on a regular basis, to keep them informed of progress toward established objectives.
- Develops, evaluates and implements improved production process and related activities to improve efficiency, productivity (increase throughput), and to enhance qualify of product.
- Responsible for sustaining engineering and stability of current product lines to ensure consistent production capabilities and to address minor product changes related to product function and quality.
