Principal Software Developer SSRS - Remote

Perituza is a global software development and consulting company headquartered in Houston, Texas (USA), with development centers in Colombo, Sri Lanka and New Delhi, We are looking for a Principal Software Developer specializing in The developer will work directly with our US-based

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SSRS reports, including reports with data-driven dynamic/cascading parameters
  
• Develop and debug high-performing complex T-SQL queries to fetch data from fact tables and dimension tables in the data warehouse
  
• Work closely with the business intelligence team to understand the SSRS report requirements of the organization and create robust SSRS reports to fulfill those needs
  

• Flexible 100% work from home
  
• As this position entails working with US-based clients, availability for meetings is required between 7:00-11:30 PM
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  
• 5+ years of advanced SSRS reports development experience, including:
  
• Data-driven dynamic/cascading SSRS parameters
  
• Hide/Show report sections based on dynamic values
  
• Grouping data grids with running-total,
  
• 4+ years of experience in writing complex T-SQL queries with data warehouse tables (join fact and dimension tables)
  
• 2+ years of experience in Data Warehousing
  
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL table joins
  
• Ability to walk through independently and logically and understand existing SSRS reports and their business logic
  
• Exceptional eye for developing pixel-perfect and professional-looking reports
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; must be able to communicate effectively with native English-speaking customers

• Experience with SSAS and MDX queries
