Job Overview:

This role is a management role entailing stakeholder management implementation of an integrated system (including procedures software tools etc.) clarification gatekeeping and management of resources.



Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Project Setup to ensure that all Document Control and iDocs requirements are adhered to for both internal and external parties
  • Document Control manage and develop document control processes and iDocs workflows for function and projects
  • Document Control services planning / scheduling cost control resource planning
  • Proposal Support review ITBs contracts POs to ensure document control requirements are included and adhered to by external parties
  • Interface management facilitate communication / meetings between internal and external parties to ensure document control requirements are adhered to and or provide resolutions to problems escalated by document controllers or other team members
  • Reporting timely status reports to management and conduct weekly document control department meetings.
  • Training develops and conducts document control / iDocs related training programs for document controllers all internal and external parties.
  • Manage all Record management and archiving activities
  • Accountable for the setup execution and delivery of all Document Control related matters on projects

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Management or Project Management
  • Minimum 20 years experience in Document Management in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Working knowledge required

  • Knowledge Management
  • Records Management
