Primary Mechanic Specialist

- Actively participate continuous improvement activities in the factory

- Openly communicate to superiors for any improvement opportunities

- Submit improvement suggestions according to local/global procedures Compliance to Policies & Procedures and Regulations

- Comply global/regional/local Safety policies & procedures, regulatory requirements

- Comply with ISO9001. OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO 50001

- Openly initiate dialogues with person not comply with JTI policies & procedures

- Comply department/team processes, policies and procedures

- Contractor safety is the responsibility of the JTI employee who supervising the ongoing work.

- Adhere SAP and PLM processes, JTI's business systems

- Comply to JTI Code of Conduct Support and Collaborations

- Support JT Group factories as needed/requested

- Provide necessary information to related functions (globally, locally) in timely manner

- Attend and actively contribute to factory meeting Team Work
