• support the assessment of the customer's current SAP solutions and potential areas of opportunity to accelerate adoption and usage of the solutions, as well as expand the SAP footprint.
• contribute to the development of the initial Technical Point of View for customer initiatives.
• advise customers throughout the customer value life cycle; full members of the SAP account team.
• lead the definition of the business and IT architecture to ensure consistency, communication and cooperation between SAP organizations, the customer and partners
• assess requirements and design areas of business, data, application cybersecurity and technical architecture, based on customer needs.
