PrequalificationCompliance Specialist

This is a remote position.

Fullservice engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Prequalification/Compliance Specialist! This position can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure eligibility for key projects/partnerships by managing the completion of company prequalification s
  
• Maintain an active network of subcontractors/suppliers by coordinating the vendor registration process
  
• Prepare required written responses for submissions (letters resumes project data sheets)
  
• Maintain prequalification information and submissions records/database
  
• Manage submission/renewal schedule
  
• Prepare/submit necessary documentation with help of technical staff other departments and senior leadership
  
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met
  
• Lead d Deltek VantagePoint data management team member licensing certifications and firm licenses
  

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor s degree in Communication or a Businessrelated field
  
• 2 years of experience working in prequalifications
  
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently
  
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word/Excel)
  
• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
