1. New BOM create in the SAP as per specification.
2. Exiting BOM updated in the SAP as per last.
3. I close the production order of the product which has been completed
4. BMR & BPR attach in SAP with sign .
5. Production planning schedule update in the SAP.
6. Create new Production order of small order.
7. PR generate of additional materials.
8. Purchase Request verify of all ram & PM as per actual required qty. in the SAP.
9. Arrange new formulation from production department for costing purpose.
10. Discussed with Rohan for third party product readiness date.
11. Follow up of RM & PM as per production planning from purchase department.
12. Follow up of Finished Goods status from production department
13. Arrange the RM & PM for third party.
14. Arrange BMR/BPR & COA from production department.
15. Discussed with Praveen for making invoice of readiness goods.
16. Discussed with Praveen for create any new query in the SAP as per required.
17. BMR/BPR & COA handover to DRA (Ankita mam) with sign Manmohan sir.
18. Discussed with sales team for sales order qty. increase and decreases as per RM & pm availability.
19. Discussed with QC department taking for materials & FG testing status.
20. Update production date purchase good readiness date in SAP and Quotation Control Sheet.
