Plant Manager

• The plant manager is responsible for the business of the plant which means that s/he leads the local organization. The plant manager performs disciplinary leadership to all of his/her employees and runs the daily operations for all functions within the plant.
  
• The plant manager Acting as 1st level of escalation and key contact for Central Functions.
  
• Furthermore s/he monitors the launch preparation for new projects (according to current RAMP guidelines) and prepares plant for launch of new products/processes.
  
• While the plant manager is responsible for the business of the plan the plant network manager is responsible for the business of the whole plant network. The plant managers report functionally to the plant network manager.
  
• The plant manager takes care that all standards and instructions are followed. He gives a major contribution to the result of internal and external audits in the plant.
  
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the Company standards and local legal requirements.
  
• Contribute to improvement of standards in alignment with Central Functions.
  
• Being aware of CM/profitability by product and foster respective improvement measures and profitability enhancement.
  
• Achieving defined KPIs.
  
• Manufacturing costs (incl. all functional costs investments/amortization Personnel costs general site costs).
  
• Leadership of local plant/ Development of employees.
  

Requirements

• Technical / economical
  
• Bachelor graduate engineer / technician. Not needed Equivalent experience accepted.
  
• English Language speaker
