Skills: Plant Controller Finance Accounting Direct Reports SAP MS Excel Financial Reports Plant Performance Budgeting
MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or equivalent
- Experience as Plant/Business Controller with progressively increased responsibilities and number of direct reports.
- Experience in Financial Analysis Budget & Recurring Reporting Compliance & Management of Financial/Accounting Systems.
- Experience in use of SAP in a controlling environment.
- Strong Excel and Presentation skills.
- Min 5 years manufacturing exp. within the US
- Min 5 years exp.
NICE TO HAVE
- Masters Degree or MBA.
- Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification for WCM.
