RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Copy, scan, archive, file and distribute all documents and project communications via an electronic/web-based document management system for remote access.
2. Receive, check, classify, categorize, register, and store all documents, and computer-based information, including maintaining a record of certification.
3. Notify the involved parties to take appropriate action on the pending documents.
4. Assist in analyzing and consolidating data from available sources using appropriate tools to support the process and ensure all data quality and reliability.
5. Foster cross‐team collaboration.
6. Execute project management administrative tasks.
7. Assist planning and progress monitoring engineers in collecting data, and in preparing progress reports following approved templates whenever required.
8. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
