Our client a world leader in Pharmaceuticals & InVitro Diagnostics (IVD) is looking for a Planned Activities Specialist I".

Job Title: Planned Activities Specialist I
Duration: Longterm Contract
Location: Indianapolis IN

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Technical Support Specialist to contribute to the maintenance and installation of healthcare products within assigned product lines. This role involves performing onsite preventative maintenance installations and technical updates while ensuring compliance with quality procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite preventative maintenance installations and technical updates for assigned products.
  • Diagnose mechanical hardware software and system failures adhering to established procedures.
  • Perform routine reagent conversions and document all activities in compliance with quality procedures.
  • Adapt procedures processes and techniques to meet complex requirements as necessary.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the quality system striving to achieve quality objectives through daily actions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of electronics electromechanical systems information technology and basic chemistry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective organization and prioritization abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to apply industryaccepted practices and procedures to install and maintain equipment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and performing preventative maintenance modifications and conversions.
  • Commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction and promoting positive communication within the team.
  • Timely and professional completion of all service and customer account related reports updates and emails.
  • Responsible management of expenses inventory and company property within established guidelines.

Education:

High school diploma and 2 years of technical school equivalent military training or relevant work experience.
