We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Pick/Packers to join our warehouse team. As a Pick/Packer youll play a vital role in our operations by accurately selecting and packing orders for shipment to customers. If youre detailoriented efficient and thrive in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or picking lists
• Ensure accuracy in picking items and quantities doublechecking as needed
• Pack orders securely and neatly taking care to prevent damage during transportation
• Label packages with appropriate shipping information and ensure proper documentation is included
• Assist with inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and cycle counting
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse following safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Report any discrepancies damages or issues to the warehouse supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
• Basic math skills and the ability to count and record inventory accurately
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
• Forklift certification is a plus
