Personnel Supervisor

Responsibilities:

•Track team response on communication mails and respond to departmental related reports or inquiries.

•Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

•Tracking work from home Plane weekly.

•Create KPIs for the team and take needed action.

•Set a weekly & daily meeting with the team members regarding performance and following up their progression& Conduct performance appraisal for improving the performance

•Responsible for the performance issues, in accordance with the company’s policy and applicable laws.

•Follow up and audit the discipline documentation and processes to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate intervention.

•Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

•Provide guidance to ER team.

•Preparing penalties records.
