Personnel Section Head

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for construction positions, including entry-level positions, skilled trades, and management
• Develop and implement policies and proceed that promote positive employee relations, such as handling employee complaints grievances, and conflicts, conducting employee satisfaction
• Develop and implement training and development programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees in the construction company, such as safety training, technical skills training, and leadership
• Ensure that the construction company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity laws, minimum wage laws, and safety
• Maintain the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government
• Organize, secure and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures archive and retains employee files as required by
