We have an exciting opportunity for a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT) to join our team of talented professionals.
As a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist in the Adult Behavioral Health Program you will be responsible for the following:
Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used IRS standard. .64 per mile
Any training paid for by TGC.
Medical Dental Vision Insurance. 401K. PTO.
Paid holidays include: New Years Eve and New Years Day Martin Luther King Day day for Good Friday Memorial Day Juneteenth 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday) Christmas eve and Christmas Day.

Candidates for the Crisis Therapist position must have the ability to engage adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders their families and supporters. They must have expertise in helping clients identify their service needs and preferences helping them build on their individual strengths resources and support and navigate the network of services available at The Guidance Center and in the community. They must have an orientation toward providing community outreach services. Candidates must have the ability to provide traumainformed care and appropriately handle crisis situations. They must be able to use technology competently demonstrate effective organizational verbal and written communication skills and work independently. Additional requirements include a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders their families and providers.
