1. Campaign Strategy and Planning

• Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Meta Programmatic and other platforms.
  

2. Campaign Setup and Management

• Utilize advertising platforms to set up and manage campaigns effectively.
  
• Implement tracking and analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  

3. Performance Analysis and Optimization

• Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  
• Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve overall efficiency.
  
• A/B testing of ad creatives targeting strategies and bidding tactics to drive continuous improvement.
  

4. Budget Management

• Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  
• Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance insights.
  

5. Collaboration and Reporting

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  
• Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance insights and recommendations.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (23 years) in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Proficient in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Detailoriented with a resultsdriven mindset.
  
• A/B testing and optimization expertise.
