Perekrutan ini dilaksanakan khusus diperuntukkan karyawan Internal PT. Beon Intermedia
Kualifikasi :
- Bekerja sekurangkurang 12 bulan dan nilai ratarata keseluruhan performance appraisal sama dengan dengan nilai ratarata dalam 1 semester adalah A.
- Tidak pernah ada catatan SP sampai proses perekrutan karyawan tetap ini berlangsung.
- Sudah melaksanakan medical checkup maksimal 1 tahun sebelum mengikuti proses perekrutan kartap.
- Tidak ada absen mangkir.
- Memiliki ijazah D3S1 dan atau memiliki pengalaman di bidang pada posisi jabatan saat ini minimal 3 tahun dan atau memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi yang aktif dan diakui secara internasional. Berikut adalah sertifikasi kompetensi yang diakui oleh perusahaan.
