Job Description

- Accountable for all people-related aspects of Managed Services
- delivery resources
- Develops and implements a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of
- Managed Services and aligns with PwC's broader strategy
- Identifies and addresses talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development needs to build a strong and agile workforce
- Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing
- Implements employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate and reward exceptional performance
- Collaborates with recruitment teams to attract and hire top talent for various roles within Managed Services
- Develops retention strategies to ensure the long-term commitment of key employees
- Oversees the performance management process, providing guidance to key stakeholders on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback to employees
- Drives learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Managed Services employees
- Identifies training needs and coordinates with Learning and Development teams to deliver relevant programs
- Acts as a point of contact for employee relations matters and addresses conflicts and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Advocates for employee rights and ensure adherence to PwC policies and procedures
- Utilizes workforce analytics to gain insights into HR trends, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Generates and presents HR-related reports to senior management and stakeholders
