Job Description

Req ID : 1813471

We are oculai - a high-tech startup that is revolutionizing the construction industry. With our computer vision technology, we automate data collection on construction sites and drive productivity gains in one of the largest, yet least digital industries in the world.

As part of an ambitious early-stage startup, you will benefit from a steep learning curve and ownership from day one. With a great team spirit, a fable for table tennis breaks, and regular team events, oculai offers a dynamic environment where everyone is welcome!

Tasks

  • You are responsible for HR operations: From payroll, document requests & employee contracts.
  • You execute & improve our employee onboarding procedures to make joining oculai a great experience.
  • You will be responsible for the effective execution of career development and employee feedback.
  • You are in charge of planning and organizing team events and offsites to foster team spirit.
  • You help us to source top talent to grow the oculai team (including sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates).
  • You help create and upkeep a great office environment in which everyone feels "at home".

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration, HR, psychology or a comparable course of study.
  • You enjoy working with people and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • You have previous experience in a People & Culture role (preferably within a startup).
  • You are experienced in working with HR tools.
  • You have a basic understanding of German labour law.
  • You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative.
  • You have an eye for detail and enjoy getting to the bottom of things.
  • You approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You are open to learning and want to develop your skill and knowledge basis.
  • You have very good German & English skills (both necessary).

Benefits

  • IMPACT. You'll be among the early employees, so you can shape both our organization and our culture.
  • OWNERSHIP. You will be responsible and accountable for executing your own projects and managing the deadlines.
  • TRUST. You have the freedom to flexibly arrange your working hours according to your needs.
  • BONUS. Office in the heart of Munich. Enjoy our weekly Friday bar and frequent team events.
  • COMPENSATION. Competitive Salary and virtual shares program.

Sounds exciting? Perfect, we look forward to hearing from you!
