Fresno Area Starting $20$29 Hourly Direct Hire Great Benefits!

Duties:

• Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
• Checking timesheets for accuracy
• Garnishments
• Handling direct deposit requests and data processing paper checks for distribution
• Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
• Calculating wages benefits tax deductions commissions etc.
• Responding to payrollrelated inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
• Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of payroll garnishments and benefits distribution
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Minimum)
