Job Description

- Serve as ISHA’s technical resource for all partners operational activities such as logistics, procurement, assets, and HR throughout the sub-grant lifecycle
- Contribute to ISHA sub-award processes, such as pre-award assessments, review of partners’ proposed project packages and budget, partner finance report packages, and close-out documents
- Maintain sub-grant operation folder and detail file for each partner, and track submission of correction, improvement and other deliverables.
- Provide close monitoring and coaching of partner projects to ensure they remain relevant and feasible in the midst of contextual changes, and provide strategic advice and support throughout modifications
- Provide operational compliance for all aspects of the project in accordance with USAID regulations
- Lead the development of partners’ operational policies and procedures to help them more effectively meet donors’ regulation and fulfill partner requirements, including review and documented
- Maintain oversight and responsibility all partners to ensure that their operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied with USG, Mercy Corps and their own policies
