This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of developmental disabilities particularly autism.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on assessment results.
Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to children with developmental disabilities.
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation of treatment progress.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans making adjustments as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities.
NC licensure
Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques.
Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
Proficiency in designing and implementing behavioral therapy programs for children
