A church school near Wadhurst are seeking a parttime EYFS/KS1 teacher. Starting immediately after the Easter holidays you will share responsibility with your job share partner and teach a small Reception/year one class for 3 days a week throughout the summer term. With responsibility for planning and assessment you will be paid a higher rate of pay (than daily supply teaching) according to your pay scale and previous experience.
A small C of E set in the East Sussex countryside with strong links to local Churches the schools vision centres on their Christian values of compassion wisdom hope and trust. Pupils behave well and are happy and proud of their achievements. The school is rural in its location but it close to the villages and towns of Tunbridge Wells Wadhurst and Stonegate.
Teaching children aged 4 6 years old your new class of pupils are mainly based in Reception however there are a handful of children in Year 1. With spacious modern classrooms and inside/outside classrooms; the learning environment is designed to provide rich sensory experiences for your students enabling you to teach creative and immersive lessons to stimulate your pupils and cognitive development.
