Job Description
The position performs a variety of skilled tasks including the operation of light and heavy equipment; maintenance, repair and construction of parks, buildings, and other recreational facilities. RequirementsHigh School diploma or G.E.D, plus vocational training in related field.Two years of general maintenance work experience in the areas of parks or related field.Valid Class B driver’s license with tanker and air brake endorsements and ability to obtain Class A in one year.MN Tree Inspectors Certification or ability to obtain in one year.National Certified Playground Safety Inspector or ability to obtain in one year.Non-Commercial Pesticide Applicators License or ability to obtain in one year.
