We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system ensuring timely processing and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Accurately enter customer orders into our database/system
Review orders for accuracy and completeness
Use templates to communicate with customers to clarify order details or provide information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
Maintain records of orders and update customer information as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Your Attributes
Proven experience in data entry or order processing
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with CRM and ERP software
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
