Job Title Oracle EBTax functional consultant

Location Bangalore

Experience 5 10 Years

Workmode 3 days WFO Mandatory

Job Requirement :

1. Expert in Oracle functional modules in O2C Receivables Tax and GL modules.

2. Good understanding of setups in O2C Receivables Tax and GL modules.

3. Good knowledge of Sub ledger accounting.

4. Good accounting and multicountry taxation knowledge.

5. Expert understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema.

6. Requirements gathering and scope definition with nontechnical business user constituencies.

7. The ability to interview various nontechnical managers to understand complex dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed specific and comprehensive documentation.

8. Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.

9. Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution.

10. Manage components of a project plan or entire projects.

11. Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations.

12. Verification of feasibility of Business Users request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.

13. Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts without direct supervision.

Skills Required

Experience with Oracle EBS r11 and R12 Finance modules (O2C Receivables Tax and GL modules EBTax MOAC and Security Setup Recon).

Strong knowledge of related application configurations and processes.

Proficiency with SQL based queries.

Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.

Ability to identify system impact for small and largescale initiatives.

Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS.

Preferred:

Experience with other Oracle EBS modules Oracle Fusion Financials.

Ability to effectively manage multiple competing highpriority projects with varying deadlines.

Able to effectively lead and motivate small project teams.

Ability to achieve results under limited direction.

Strong customer and results orientation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency with MS Project/Visio/etc

Bilingual.

Experience Required:

A minimum of (8) years of experience in Technology/IT.

(8) Years of experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules and processes.
