About the Role

Designation : Technical Associate (Technical)

• Troubleshooting of machine runnability issues & quality issues
• Breakdown analysis (fishbone analysis & 5 Why analysis)
• Conversant in PLC Programming and troubleshooting skill ( Specially Siemens & Beckhoff platform S7300.S7400TIASimotion Twin cat 2 & twin cat 3 )
• Conversant in Installation troubleshooting and commissioning of Motors VFD Servo & stepper drives
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills of various field instruments Sensors etc
• Basic Understanding of Cobots Robots and other new edge technologies
• Basic understanding of vision systems Centralised data control systems networking
• Efficiency improvement for shop floor machines by tracking MTBF/MTTROEE BD etc
• Good understanding of industry 4.0 with implemented projects
• Shall able to handle shift issues independently with proper stack holder management
• Ensuring weekly cleaning as per checklist & planned job completion
• Ensuring spare part availability & creation of orders
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance activity
• Corrective actions against quality complaints
• Preparation of CAPA against major breakdowns
• Shop floor updates to respective specialist
• Adherence to SOPs (Brand change/Operation Change/EHS)
• Maintaining and improving electrical safety standards on shop floor

Work Experience: Between 3 to 8 Years (In Maintenance)

Qualification: Diploma

% Score in Exam : Min. 60% Aggregate in Diploma

Age Group : Between 23 to 30 Years
