Job Description
- Install configure upgrade and troubleshoot Oracle databases Oracle Grid Infrastructure
- Performance tests and tuning
- Maintain and amend procedures and internal documentation
- Reporting to TL and/or management team
- Write and maintain custom scripts or identify tasks to be automated to lower the human intervention time.
- Participate in meetings and training related to EC environment
- Participate in shifts and 24/7 oncall rotation
- Liaise with other technical teams for problem resolution
- Close work with customers
Requirements
- Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural environment;
- Serviceoriented mindset;
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner.
- Initiative accuracy and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Any other European language is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as database developer (SQL and PL/SQL) ;
- Good understanding of Oracle GI 12.219 ; Oracle ASM and Oracle RDBMS 111219;
- UnixShell scripting (at least for simple scripts) ;
- Strong commitment and discipline to deliver quality and unit testing including boundaries and exceptions ;
- Strong technical knowledge ;
- Ability to work as part of team and independently
