Optometrist

We are seeking a highly motivated & passionate optometrist to join our well-established team! The right candidate will provide routine eye exams, as well as a broad range of treatments related to ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, inflammatory eye disease, and dry eye syndrome to patients within nursing homes and long term facilities.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts
  
• perform dilated exams
  
• provide diabetic evaluations
  
• treatment of infection and injury
  
• Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses
  
• Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
  
• Comfortable working with geriatric population
  

Requirements:

• Possess a valid OD/DO license in the state of AR
  


• Be Board Certified
  


• Have her/his own means of transportation
  


• Quickly acclimate to new environments
