Represent the Organization at local/international level
Propose/draft new project.
Be in direct contact with the Donor(s)
Mainstream resilience thinking into Horizons operational plans to build resilient thoughts at all levels.
Participate in strategy and M&E dashboard reviews to understand where Horizons is and is not making progress on project results and resilience outputs and outcomes, in order to inform leadership decisions on next steps and new interventions.
Serve as a thought partner to the team and management on how to strengthen resilience programming strategies.
