Job Description

- Assist in implementing procurement tracking log associated databases and or other tracking tools
- Assist in labelling project equipment inventory and update project inventory list report
- Maintain a database of reliable suppliers for different categories of supplies services and goods
- Inform Senior Operations Manager of all market developments and procurement issues through daily weekly briefings
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to Finance for payment
- Liaise with other departments and participate in budget planning as needed
- Event Management
- Support all technical component teams through coordinating logistics for programmatic events
- Preparing event checklists
- Reserve conference and workshop venues br Book lodging accommodations
- Coordinate with caterers br Ensure USAID branding requirements are followed
