Operational Excellence Senior Manager

Operational Excellence Senior Managere experience we need

• Demonstrated passion and 8-10 years experience in operational excellence and/or continuous improvement roles and the ability to solve problems.
• Proven track record and trained in LEAN black belt principles and DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) way of working.
• The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and knowledge of PowerBI is a prerequisite
• The ability to motivate people and excellent influencing skills.
• Aware of organizational, cultural group and/or interpersonal dynamics through attentive listening and ability to read the environment.
• Proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects that drive continuous improvement.
• Must have excellent project management skills having worked in a delivery / factory/ shared services organization

Qualifications we need

• Engineering
• Black belt six sigma or equivalent
• PMP/ Prince 2 certification
