Sauti Contact Center a dynamic customer care and customer support platform is seeking talented individuals with a passion for writing and blogging. As an Online Writer and Blogger you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content for our audience. Academic writing experience is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
Research write and edit highquality content for online articles blogs and other digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with established style guides and meets quality standards.
Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
Stay updated on industry trends news and relevant topics to produce timely and relevant content.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in online writing and blogging.
Academic writing experience is a must.
Strong research skills and the ability to produce original engaging and informative content.
Excellent command of the English language and impeccable grammar.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Flexible Work Hours
Fluency in both English and Swahili (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanour. Ability to make 25 calls per hour while maintaining quality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre software and systems. Ability to perform well under little or no supervision.
